Every Last Moment Counts 2

A very unusual nurse worked at the hospital. She had an odd attraction to her male charges, and would often flirt with them. Unfortunately for her, she entered Viktor's room just as the little girl was waking up.
"Hey there, sailor." She smiled at Viktor, her short blonde bob bopping up and down as she moved.
"I beg your pardon?" Viktor replied incredulously, completely taken aback.
"I'm just fooling with you. I do that with all my..." she gave a sly smile. "...Charges."
Viktor laughed nervously. Oh God, the first time a woman wants me and I don't want her back. he thought.
"Do you think my uniform is too tight? I think it might be." she asked.
The little girl muttered "Yes." Viktor heard her, but apparently the nurse didn't notice.
"You know I'm blind, right?"
"Oh!" the nurse turned a vibrant shade of red, but quickly recovered. "Well then why don't I just-"
The little girl suddenly started to moan. "Oooh! OOOOH! Get a doctor! Oooh!"
"Oh, you poor child! I'll get one right away!" The promiscuous nurse ran off to fetch a doctor.
"Thank you..." Viktor muttered gratefully.
The little girl giggled. "What a tramp."
"You never told me your name..."
"Ma name's Sarah. Sarah Isaacson."
"Viktor Dostoevsky."
"Ya got a pretty voice, Viktor. Where are ya from?"
"Russia."
"I wish I could go there..." she said.
No, you don't.  At least not where I grew up.he thought. But he didn't want to ruin her vision of the Motherland.
Just then, the doctor rushed in. "What happened?" he demanded.
"Doctor! I feel much better! You're a miracle worker!" the little girl exclaimed.
Viktor couldn't help but chuckle silently to himself.
