Another Scar Princess character.

Seymour is a young and brilliant inventor, but due to his rather noticeable birth defect was abandoned by his parents and raised in an orphanage. He's a good person with good intentions, but is very sour and cynical. He wished he could be more hopeful and optimistic like Ashley.
